Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Assist with activities of daily living and provide Companionship
• Self-care activities like washing, dressing, and grooming
• Setting appointments, running errands and grocery shopping
• Accompanying and providing transportation to appointments
• In charge of carrying out the care plan for the clients
• Tracking client well-being and informing the program coordinator of any changes
• Keep up good relations with clients and their families.

• Home Care: 1 year (preferred)
